  • Yard debris removal

  • Construction cleanup

  • Basic handyman work

  • Painting

  • Residential/Commercial cleaning services

    We offer services to the following areas:

  • Wilmington

  • Castle Hayne

  • Rocky Point

  • Hampstead

  • Carolina Beach

  • Leland

  • Monkey Junction

    Other areas may be provided upon request and discussion

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Customers must schedule services in advance via phone or email.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing is determined based on the type and volume of work.

  • Payments must be made in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, check and electronic payments either through our website or in-person.

  • Failure to make payments may result in additional fees and future service denial.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate details about the job scope.

  • Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items to be removed are legally disposable.

5. Limitations of Service

  • We do not handle hazardous materials, including chemicals, asbestos, or biohazardous waste.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unreasonable.

6. Liability and Damages

  • We take reasonable care when performing services but are not responsible for pre-existing damages or damages due to structural weaknesses.

  • Customers must notify us of any damages within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Service Guarantee

  • We strive to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will attempt to resolve any reasonable concerns.

8. Privacy and Data Use

  • We collect customer information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Customer information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.

9. Termination of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at our discretion if a customer violates these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
